★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I residing there from last 2 years and people around there is also very supportive. Very good place to live with Family..
There is always chances of improvement. Need things to be sorted out on urgent basis:
1) Need corporation water. In summer we can not use borewell water to drink.
2) Power backup Need to put in place urgently.
3) Call and data network need to improve for connectivity with friends and family.

Also as per building constructed, flat location is different as was shown in booklet while booking. Neither any update from space India however emi is getting as per slab based deductions. When enquired in Space India on status they have responded stating they are no more associated with Sai Prasad Garden n concern is highlighted....this is after sales service post flat booking. Highly unprofessional n unresponsive
Should respond be expected or only 5star rating rating are reverted.
