Sambhar and chutney loved them.
Authentic south indian food.

Located in Saligao on the main road halfway between Porvorim and Calangute. Easy to miss..!!! ...??
There is however very limited two & four wheeler parking directly on the road outside.... ?xxxx?
In some respects it is akin to a small "Transport Cafe" catering mainly to passers by..

It serves the usual Udipi pure Veg staples - which are good (except the Samosa) and reasonably priced.

....a variety of delcious "Uttapam" is available. - like an Indian Veg Pizza it is slightly spicy, sweet, sour all at the same time - filling & enough for two to share....

The Staff are efficient, polite and the delivery swift.

......before encountering the much higher priced, less enticing, similar type venues in Calangute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too Good Food. Just the taste I wanted to find in Goa. It's difficult to find good veg food at this cheap rate in Goa. I actually got up being soo full, I had to sit 5 mins more to digest my food. But really it's worth trying until you don't have expectations for 5 star hotel food.

- quite good quality of food.
- not as expected.
- I found this place expensive, And food was also very average.
- The staff was soft spoken and kind.
- Hospitality was good.

As a north Indian you dont have great choice of breakfast in Goa.
We ordered dosa, paratha and puri baki.
Dosa's are good but paratha are just ok and puri bajji was basically a "Jugad".
My suggestion if you are hungry and dont wanna spend munch then only visit this.
Service is very slow.
