★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do cheet with tenant, I've never seen such types of fraud, liar dealer/person. dealer and flat owner both creates a plan how could they cut security amount from tenant (me), he forcefully deducted security amount when I left flat from shipra suncity, when I was shifted in the flat, there was no curtain rods, bathroom window glass was broken, few iron almira was broken, locker was not working but he argued that everything was newly fitted security amount will be deducted for these things. he was taking very badtameez way, he told me that he does't have lack of work.
Please don't go with this dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When were looking for a property and started interacting with him, he appeared to be very professional, but very soon the misnomer got highlighted.
We finalized a property on rent through this dealer in Shipra Sun City in July 2021.
We had very well informed in the beginning that we have an inverter and power back up is not required by us.
Later when we checked RWA office in Nov 21, we found that power back up payment is pending from May 2021.
When we informed him to clear the power back up dues, he blindly refused and asked us to write an application to RWA. We told him very clearly that we are not paying a penny for power back up charges.
When we informed the owner of the property to intervene, the Broker asked us to pay the due amount for 4 months and deduct it from the rent saying that he (Broker) doesn't have any money and we can deduct it from the rent.
We had already paid the rent for the month of November and told the broker to request the Owner to pay the dues.
Then to our surprise, we were told by the Broker that he has spoken to the owner and asked us to vacate the flat.
This the kind of service you will get from him.
So, please do availe his services at your own risk.
Vacating the flat would open the door for catching some other customers and not to mention brokerage.
