When we changed the budget, without losing patience his team immediately pivoted on alternates and we finalised on a suitable option. Santosh & his team are trust worthy & manage the transaction politely & efficiently. We are yet to reach the stage BuT he already has a team of Architect / Contractor ready for development work at location. Really helpfull to have a dependable source in such land deals. Though Google gave other options - we did not have to check alternate options ? ? happy with our choice ??

They have an excellent team whose members are very knowledgeable about the subject. Special mention for Mr. Rahul Patil who works tirelessly to ensure all legalities n other formalities are completed and proper handover of plot is done to his clients. His knowledge of overall Karjat and adjoining regions is extremely helpful for clients in making the right decision of purchase. Moreover, his contacts and coordination with affiliates like contractors, surveyors, labours, building material supplies, architects and vendors is immaculate. Also, Mr. Subhash was extremely helpful when it came to on-site plot selection and processing.
