★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, here are some things which will make your stay uncomfortable and affect on your health badly:
no dedicated parking space,
staircase and parking area is very dirty and not maintained,
lots of lizards and cockroaches,
water tank is not cleaned regularly,
buildings are close to each other, hence room ventilation is not good,
Manager/Secretary denies all his responsibilities when you approach with building/society related problems (hence no point in complaining, you just have to suffer),
People who may be from inside/outside of society will tear your vehicle seats, steal petrol, steal vehicle brand logo, I mean anything bad you can imagine can happen here.
Please avoid this society if you are looking for buying or renting flat here.

Only 3 storey buildings and no lifts. Spacious 1 bhk. Parking for 4 wheeler is limited.
Society is maintained wonderfully. Chairman is helpful and always available.
