Buses are not coming in time always late by 1 to 2 hour
And also they are not informing about the delay

Pathethic travels and services is the worst.

Traveled from Mumbai to Sangamner. Bus staff is I'll behaving and does not care about woman passenger traveling. Bus staff had simply opposed to go to Sangamner saying that dropping you to Sangamner is not our responsibility.
Please do not travel using this bus seeserv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus travelling experience I ever had. AC sleeper was just for the name sake. Cooling was not at all there. Pick up time at Shirdi was 5 p.m. but they departed from there around 6:30 once they could fill the bus seats with the local passengers. I was feeling like travelling in some general compartment. The locals were filled in the ac sleepers like general compartment. They were sitting with the windows wide open. The bus drivers after reaching Nashik again took a long break in order to fill the vacant seats of the bus. L I know putting up a review over here won't make much of difference to the travel company. But this is just to save the good family people to avoid this bus while making travel plans. And I vil see to it I take some strict action against this bus tour operators.

Pathetic service, very unclean just a waste of money. this bus service doesnt even deserve a star... people who have commented as good service must be fake. We had booked the ticket from shirdi to mumbai. we boarded the bus at 4pm and till 7 pm we were at shirdi they were looking out for passagers. horrible bus service and agents too fool us. dnt book sleeper or seater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me 12 hours to reach borivali national park from Shirdi.. Pathetic bus.. No hygiene.. COVID is on toss.. AC bus running as non AC. When asked driver to start AC they denied saying it will effect Bus speed... "Ridiculous " took charge of AC fare.. Please do not travel by any Sai Raj Travel buses..
