★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy sitting in the reception is very friendly. Know local and English. I come here for work purposes and always stay in PG for a week or 2 near reva university and till now I've been to 2 other PGs but the managements are not that friendly. Don't know basic languages. I'm not a local so I don't know the local language so this time luckily the PG where I always used to stay was out of rooms so they suggested me Sai Ram. This guy Mr. Prasanna is really friendly and knows how to present himself in front of guests. PG is as usual same like others but the people managing this property are nice and wonderful and that's a deal breaker. Now everytime I'll come here I'll gonna stay in this PG only.
