β β β β β SAI RESIDENCY along with its helpful owner, delicious food varieties, cordial staff, an intelligent care taker, good furnishings, cool and calm environment, no sources of distraction, and motivation to students from madam ( owner) is just superb, excellent. My child has stayed there for a year and he has scored good in NEET 2019.

β β β β β It is my pleasure and privilege to share my feelings about SAI RESIDENCY Hostel at KOTA. The hostel which stands on the pillar of truth and honesty, speaking for my Nephew they provided family treatment in a alien environment .The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable The staff who work there are lovely - friendly, approachable and really helpful. Prime location with a great view!
Overall I highly recommend Academy Hostel!

β β β β β Food is just awesome ! I personally had food for 6 days. In June, food becomes the usp of Sal Residency. It's fantastic with no more oil no more spice. When my son got ill, the owner of the hostel made every arrangement for his treatment. They are ever ready to solve out any problem (actually no problems at all) faced by the boarders. I am highly satisfied with the service by SAI RESIDENCY , BOYS HOSTEL. near Landmark city, Kota . My son loves to stay there. Academic environment is excellent. One can study to the fullest extent 16 or 17 hours a day there without any disturbance. Personal care and everyday routine enquiry whether all boarders have had their dinner or not is up to the mark. SAI RESIDENCY WILL SOON BE ABLE TO OPEN ITS CHAIN WITH ITS EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION. Good will is with them!

β β β β β SAI Residency is the best hostel in kota. It is very hygienic place to study and live. With well-furnished A/C rooms having attached toilet. Management takes personal & keen interest in taking care of the hostelerβs.

β β β β β This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned,excellent study environment and Homely Food.

Very very bad place , Don't go there in any case
