★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well connected, spacious and very well ventilated too. The best part is... One has a well maintained joggers park adjacent to the apartment and twice a week weekly market at nearby Damana catering to the needs of the rich and poor alike.

Most of tye residents are well educated & well established with an average 40k to 50k monthly income.
Good security system & rooms are very nice well ventilated & adequate natural light with car parking facilty .
But you have to go for minimum 1.2km for daily shopping of grocery & others.
& The main road is 2 km from this place & one has to go 2 km for a lunch /dinner in a hotel.
Bike is must for easy life other wise ,you will be like in a corner of a market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay,well ventilated,24hrs water,light with heavy load genset,,lifts,security, temple,garbage,sweeping workers,parking ,nearby fantastic park.....close to Damana square,Rly Hospital,Aditya care,Appollo,Kalinga Hospitals,200 ft wide road connectivity......
It is okay as long as you have good neighbours!
