> The project is situated in a relatively quiet and peaceful locality, yet close enough to all the vital facilities like schools, shopping malls, airport and other means of transport, hospitals, places of worship, entertainment, etc.
> Well-planned, affordable and eco-friendly apartment blocks having convenient dimensions, which are going to be provided with necessary/desirable amenities such as lifts, covered car parking, childrens play area, multi-purpose hall, gymnasium, dual plumbing, sewage treatment plant and rain- water harvesting.
> Completing/Possession of the flats with all amenities has been assured in a time-bound manner.
> Availability of experience and competent interior decorators and carpenters at the site, to assist you in planning the interiors of your 'Dream Home'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud builders. Project remains incomplete even after 2.5 yrs of occupancy. No cauvery, BWSSB, Children's play area even after paying for the same. Pathetic STP which stinks just like the builders. Don't ever think of investing your hard earned money into this pit. Avoid it!
