2.Check twice what they are going to do next.
3. Keep eye on each thing and inform manager if required....
4. Manager is good Abhijeet Mitkari was there
5. Balakrishna was supervisor and pawar did the servicing in my case... Cooperative...
Cons:
1. service center don't have normal air machine for car tyres... They asked me to pay 150 to fill nitrogen in tyres... When I denied then they wasted 30min to go outside on petrol pump for normal air filling...
So be careful normal air using car owners...
2. Don't have customer seating area near service area
3. I have to stay with car every time in future servicings as well...as per today's experience
4. Cars washing not done properly in my case... Thrice I sent back to washing.
5. They don't have full wash top and bottom... Only top they do... From down side they don't... When I asked to washing guys since more than 8 months it is not working...
Maruti team will improve their service in future by reading my review and photos attached

Towing van to send it to this service center. They gave wrong information that the engine is not working and will need 60k for repair. They didn't turn off the keys for 15days and the battery was drained due to the same.Even though the insurance is zero depreciation,the engine is not covered in that. This service center did not give any option and said I should park my car in my parking if I don't want to spend the money. When I sent our mechanic, he repaired the car in 10mins, ₹100 oil filter needed to be changed and, battery needed charging because these people didn't turn off the key. They gave wrong information that I will have to spend 60k for the repairing or I should sell off the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a complete waste of money and time to visit this place. They are not at all professional at work.
Replaced a spare part and charged me for two. When I asked them, the reply was "the one first replaced is damaged". Servicing is really bad and they don't have any idea or knowledge about the problems.
Trail and error chal raha hai. If it works fine, nor your bike is at stake. My bike is 2 years old, but it sounds as if it is a 15+ year bike
