★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor and receptionist is arrogant. They don't know how to talk to patient's parents. We went to see our 1.5 month baby the receptionist kept on saying everytime 20 mins more. We have wasted around 40-45 mins there waiting for our turn and upon requesting to allow because of small baby doctor and receptionist didn't allow. Very unprofessional behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one the best child specialist hospital in the city. The way hospital handles patients is commendable. As name suggest this hospital treating this profession as SEVA. I have full faith on hospital specially on Dr Gaurav Machale Sir. The way he treated our baby is appreciated. He is very gentle, honest, polite, supportive and given mental support to our family during our critical situation. He is very friendly , soft spoken and guided us with best of knowledge. Hospital staff is also very supportive. Hospital treatment and billing is very transperent. I would really encourage and recommend this hospital and you will never regret.
Finally i really want to thank you Dr Gaurav Sir, Dr Dinesh Sir and entire hospital staff for your support.
