★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cable sevice...in Bandra east area. It gets turned off Intermittently now and then. And still they end the pack one day prior to month end. Don't pick up issue calls regularly. Poor response/ correction of issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had paid for yearly package but there is not even a single month internet is on without any disconnection, Worst service ever no one picks up calls, no follow ups making customers fools...Very disgusting worst internet service provider. Someone need to do something.

Initially internet was working well I could enjoy great downloading speed.
However later I started to experience frequent downtimes. I had complained of interruption in my connection. First of all they don't pickup call. Alternative no. provided are kept switch off. If you visit the office the receptionist talks with rude gestures. Basically they don't settle your complaints and you don't get service for the value you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys are the WORST!! NO SHAME NO RESPONSIBILITY. You charge Rs. 900 shamelessly for 50mbps and right after 10.30 pm your network goes to 20 mbps.. I told you multiple times that I am working from home and it's a night shift, the amount of losses I face during work timing do you even realize it. I will NEVER EVER recommend you to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst wifi Provider according to me the first 1 month the speed was ok but after then there was average was 5mbps of download and 1 Mbps of upload and I had taken 2mbps pack. The service is super slow and the call Number which they provide works but they never pick up the call. Due too the recent cyclone they took more then 2 days . Every week there is some or the other problem . Don't go for it .
