★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Residential Apartment is under construction.. It's pretty hard to give much review about d Apartment which is yet to be completed..
Well, as per d location is concerned, it's not that hard to find.. It's just down d lane opposite to Times Gurukul at Gothapatna.. N d road seemed to be Kutcha road around.. I don't understand if there r many appartments around still why the road is yet to be developed!!
Anyways, Regarding any other queries u may kindly call d developer phone number or visit their office.. M just a Reviewer!

From main road to apartment that road is not good ?(unmetalled road) .
1 star deducted because of road..
