My enquiry (to have our TV repaired) was promptly responded to by their office. Their technical staff (Ujjwal) seemed professional and was patiently explained to us his diagnosis and suggested solutions.
Quick turnaround time; our TV was fixed in less than 5 days, and at a VERY reasonable cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, my Sony TV rectified on 14-02-2020 with one year warranty.charged total Rs 16,500-00 but within two months period TV went breakdown inspite informing to Sai Sony service. Mr Ajit technician says " I will come tomorrow" but since last Aprill 2020 to till today he not visited to collect the Sony TV for repair.
We are contacted him several times ,he says "I will come tomorrow" but not visited to collect the Sony TV for rectify in garranty period.
