★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I ever had during my house shifting. They broke our wooden sofa, then scratches all around our new TV unit and expensive wardrobe. Very unprofessional staff and very unprofessional service. They used bubble wrap only for one IKEA work table after we insisted and didn't cover any other furniture. Half of the plants in flower pots are damaged. I am very upset. This is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspection of materials were taken prior to scheduling of relocation services, and on the scheduled day of relocation Sai Suvidha Packers and Movers sent 4 unprofessional and unskilled workers who arrive more than an hour late i.e. by 11:00 am, took more than 3 hours (by 03:00 pm packing was completed and loading started) to pack that too materials to be packed were of 1 BHK still I assisted them in loading and unloading, they even required my brother for help, means work capacity of 4 workers was carried out by 6 and almost all the heavy furnitures was loaded and unloaded using lift still they charged exorbitantly. Coming to the package, most of the goods were packed shabbily and glass items broke, even the destination where the relocation was to be done was delayed due to lazy workers that Sai Suvidha Packers and movers sent. So unprofessional workers that one of them was eating gutka and spit it in the wash basin in the same house where the packing was done. No use if you hire such unprofessional and unethical packers and movers as while doing inspection there were so many promises made that you would easily fall prey to it but in reality even after complaining no one from Sai Suvidha Packers and Movers bother to respond with proper solution, as money is what they are running after and once it's paid then then won't even recognise you. They even left without unpacking in hurry as it was 06:00 pm. Services rendered from Thane to Dombivli (max 25 kms) and loading/movement of goods was from the 03rd floor to the 01st floor and they required a total of more than 7 hours to complete the task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke sofa and never mentioned, and damaged the wardrobe and TV unit..did not bubble rab a single item, direct tape on all furniture items including cushion inspite of telling not to do so. We selected this packer based on Google reviews, however all reviews are fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by Sai Suvidha Movers and Packers team led by Inderpal Mishra ji. Their quality of packing was very good as none of our items got damaged. Four people came for packing and loading at our house, and two of them came for unloading at our destination. Just take care of their "chaipaani" and they will complete all the work with utmost diligence and excellence. Will surely use their services again if required in future.
