★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have hired a 12 seater Tempo Traveller for 2 day family trip to Agra from Sai Tours
The tempo bus was very pathetic, there was no fans. AC duct in the middle and at the end, and AC was totally ineffective.
There was no LCD or Ice box as per commitment, there was no rear bed for kinds, No WIFI.
Our overall experience was very poor, please be careful while booking from Sai tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked a luxury traveller from Delhi to patiala and agreed to the heavy price that Mr. manpreet demanded ,with the assurance that we were bring given a luxury vehicle with an excellent driver!
Everything started off on a bad note when, after having paid the advance, the driver just stopped the vehicle 3km after leaving our house and demanded the balance amount! We had not been informed earlier as it is understood that the balance would be paid on completion of the trip. We would have been happy to pay if it had been clearly told to us. The method was extremely like extortionism.
The so called luxury bus had dirty, uncomfortable seats, no curtains in the windows, and the AC was completely ineffective. We didn't even dare to ask him to put on the broken looking music system.
This is the luxury van we were provided!
The driver, though OK, was very new and a journey of 4 to 5 hours was covered in over 7 hours. The least they could have done was fill the tank before picking up customers... This was also done after we were picked up. It was such a painful journey that 2 of our group took an innova on the way back. Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service providers. Driver was on-time at the start of the trip and we didn't have to hassle much to coordinate with him. We almost got stuck due to Snowfall but our driver Guddu confidently drove and got us out of the snow covered area. Highly recommended.
