โ โ โ โ โ It was my first travel experience with sai tours and travels I would say it is highly recommended.. starting from hotel selection to tour package.. very responsive and always at assistance.. definitely looking forward to explore many more destination with sai tours and travels in the near future..

โ โ โ โ โ It was mixed experience. I traveled Sikkim Oct-2021 (Pelling-Namchi-Gangtok-Zuluk-Rolep) with my family.
There are two mess in the tour. Otherwise all good.
1) They provided driver in Gangtok who has no idea about Ganktok road and travel process. He tried to book Nathula pass with small car (outside Gangtok's car), which is quite not possible. Everyone knows that Nathula pass goes only local car (Bolero type). He inform us last hour this news. He is from Zuluk and told that this was his first time in Gangtok.Travel agent should not assign this type of inexperienced driver. Due to this we didn't able to go Nathula pass.
2) Rolep's Hotel room - The hotel name and hotel booking receipt shared with us refuse to provide the room. Then I called the agent (Rapti) , she arranged another hotel, definitely it was not that prime location (means not near the River side).
Other wise Pelling, Gangtok, Zuluk hotel category is decent. Neat and Clean.
Driver of Siliguri-Pelling-Namchi is experienced and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ I take my first trip to sikkim from sai tour & travels that was organised so well in our budget that we trust them again for our second trip to himachal. Everything is well planned, hotels are super comfortable, driver is well mannered & nice to us till end and complete tour is budget friendly.Will book all my upcoming trip with them for sure.Thank you for helping us creating memories that will last with us forever !!
