★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!! i hired a tata manza for a panvel - pune and return travel. While booking the car person called 'ranjeet das' was really nice, i requested him to send a good driver as previously when we hired them their driver was sleepy while driving and didn't know any routes. Still they sent the same driver, car was not clean from inside. Driver kept answering calls on his mobile phone on top of it while paying the final amount driver started saying that we have to pay minimum amount of 3K as the final amount wasn't reaching 3k. Our take was its okay to pay minimum fare of 3K as some of the car rent guys follow that but this person 'ranjeet das' did not mention anything like that while booking so we called him - now to our surprise the nice guy 'ranjeet das' was very rude to us on call and kept saying 'main bola tha, aisa ho hi nai sakta, 200 rupaye itna kyu kar rahe ho?' We paid 3K and decided - never again hire these guys.
