★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residential locality with 3 apartment blocks. It has good security but not very good general maintainance. It's in the middle of the city so very accessible to different places. A lot of traffic in this area hence lots of ambient sounds and noise.

But again maintenance sucks big time here.
So, if you don't have a problem in maintanence and all you can nicely stay here.
Parking is huge and nicely made.
