★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Abhay Mahajan sir is no doubt best urologist...but reception is very poor...too much waiting to meet doctor n doing test also...just lost d patience while waiting...reception staff are too rude...never answer d call properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Abhay Mahajan is very experienced, and polite, and understand the problem very well, Also reception can manage very well when crowded, but less space to sit for waiting, i expect sai urology hospital must have big hospital than current has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class hospital in terms of services, timing, waiting, this is sooo wrost, bad & poor hosptal! I came here 4 kidney stone treatment at 12pm & I wait here till 4 pm to meet the doctor! This is 4 hours sooo long tym! Totally worst hospital no care of patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mahajan is good, but hospital management is yet to be improved to help patients waiting for too long time for consultation or test.
You need to have patience, if you want to visit this hospital. I visited this hospital where i spent 10am to 2.30pm, 4.5hrs only to consult with the doctor. we were waiting to do a ultrasonography test, but we didn't have further patience to wait.
Receptionists are not trained and professional. Their behavior was too rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A worst experience ever. We have waited so long approx 3 hours to see doctor despite of facing critical pain along with fever and vomiting. Staffs are not supportive at all. They keep us waiting for one more hour even for a medical certificate and yet they didn't provide us. Later when I called to get it they replied come tomorrow. I still suspect they won't give it.I could not understand what's the matter in giving a medical certificate when a patient undergone a treatment in your hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I got appointment for operated patient (who was in huge pain) for 1 pm and waited till 5 pm , still failed to meet the doctor.
Doctor was taking both OT and OPD patients simultaneously which was too hectic.
Third class management, no professional receptionist, no humanity seen.
