I have always admitted my dad here in case of emergencies and Dr. Pravin Giri is more than a helpful human being.
The hospital is neat and clean, the staff is very helpful and co-operative.
The help and the knowledge of Dr. Pravin Giri is really great and he has always been helpful in times of emergencies to the loved ones.
They also have many companies on their Medi Claim Cashless List.
This helps to fund the emergencies in case of crisis.
Overall :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service I have ever seen. I would have given no star to this but there is not an option of giving zero star. Just for report checking I waited nearly 2 hours and after that also my no. Didn't come. Poor staff and poor co-ordination between doctor and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the doctor Mr.Pravin Giri is really a helpful person.
But there are many things that this hospital needs to upgrade to.
1) Medi Claim files need to be made really fast and handed over to the patients. In my case, I had fight out for 10 days for proper filing.
2) People at the Cash Counter who made my files are either helpless or clueless. Need to upgrade them to work faster and better.
But, if we ignore the above things then the hospital and it's services are really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospitalization services in the town, but it's not always the hospital that needs to be good, it should be the doctor who needs to be the best who could help in curing your pain. I found Dr. Praveen Giri- highly effective in doing so, he is able to partially treat the patient with his words, the rest will be taken care by the medications he give. He is a very kind person who is just not money minded, he gives each n every patient time to understandi what he is going through, the consultation session with himis interactive, he makes the patient understand what he diagnoses.
Pretty happy with the services.
