★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best CHS is Sector 11 i would say. Very well managed by the President and the Secretary. Its neat and clean and spacious compared to other buildings in the locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good , well kept complex with adequate space all around the building, enclosed ,secured lobby. Double gated complex with 24x7 security, daily cleaning, waste management etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a 7 floor building with 1 and 2BHK apartments. Building has a single elevator. Kitchen of 1BHK is very small. Limited and reserved 4 wheeler parking. Visitor vehicle parking is outside the building compound. Good part is that there is no shop at ground floor hence peace of mind. 10 to 15 mins walking distance from Bonkode bus stop. If you want to go to railway station then better to take an auto. Enjoy your stay, Good luck.
