★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai Venkatadri Nivas is very excellent location as it's located very nearer to DFL township and Begur road and easy accessible to al the, places.
And I am sharing my experience with house owner is very good and excellent user friendly with all the tenants those who stayed at his house, and facilities are very feasible , house is very securable for all the tenants..with 24 hours water facility . There is no any kind of disturbances , objections from owner side as he is very helpful nature in all the ways!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic paradise layout is an Excellent for residential purpose, Cauvery water is provided, 24 hours water and Power supply available, UPS available, CCTV Cameras installed for 24 hours security, It's a BDA Approved layout and well planned. Everything like milk, News paper, Vegetables, Fruits, Kirana items, Malls, Banks are at stone throw distance, Nice and calm area to stay like after office work. Schools, Hospitals and Colleges are also near, plenty of kindergarten schools are at nearby distance, MNC's are also in 5 km radius, This location is equidistant from Electronic city and Bannerghatta road. Infront of the premises there is a 40 feet road, OLA & UBER cabs available within 5 minutes at your door step,Car parking lot is available, can't expect more than this.Overall it is a Good locality to stay.
