★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 would highly recommend if you are in New Delhi! Good complimentary breakfast, most friendly hospitable staff that makes sure you are comfortable and enjoying the stay. Safe area with restaurants nearby and atm 5 min walk down the street. Ashutosh the owner is very kind and knowledgeable and gives good recommendations where to go and where to eat. Very clean. Offers filtered water as well. Good and fair price for rooms that is worth it. I would stay here next time i come to New Delhi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, inviting and convenient. Stayed here for a week, had all rooms for majority of the stay. Rooms and services are as described and shown on website, host was very helpful and accommodating. Had a mix crowd in my group (from USA, from India, young and old), everyone enjoyed their stay. The roof top is definitely an added bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently stayed in Sai villa and it's been amazing to have based myself at Sai villa in GK2.The place is very clean and our host Ashutosh is a true gentleman, kind, calm, and nice person. The staff and caretakers are attentive. In total it's a great place to base yourself and explore Delhi. Sai villa is at good location in South part of Delhi and everything is close by to the property. It's been a really memorable stay and will look forward to our next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for a short stay. Neat and clean with modern facilities. Excellent location. Decent breakfast. Gives a homely feeling. You will have to order your lunch and dinner from outside though. Good care taken by the owner.

There has been constant delay in service
The staffs comes only between 9:30 am to 6 pm when everyone is our of villa , so no staff support.
