•Surrounding with greenery
•Quick access to Mumbai-Banglore highway
•Trekking options(Mountains) available 5 min walking distance
•Swaminarayana temple 4-5 min drive.
•Accessible terrace
•24hrs water supply
•Open Common parking (cars)
•Common parking (bikes) with CCTV and compound.
• stairs cleaning is done by daily ?
Bad things -
• No lift ?
• power cut issues happen 4-5 times a week.
•Far from Pune city
•No quick access to city
•Market, vegetable shops, and all type of shops is far from here you need bike for anything to do.
•Roads are worst
••Not a proper management(near jambhulwadi area) of garbage collection (garbage is thrown out everywhere on road and because of this there are many pigs ? which is scary thing for childrens.
Can't go for walk alone because condition of roads very bad. No streetlights.
