★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best project in New Panvel in the recent times...Good place to live for an 'above average family category'. Reputed builder, friendly staff, luxurious project. Great land mark. Not so far from the upcoming Panvel international airport, sea link etc.. Excellent amenities, descent interiors, reasonably sized bed rooms with balcony's, highway frontage. The site location is quite far from the Panvel city.. The area needs to be developed further for any good returns on investment in this project (till 2026 may be!). A good place to live in a 'super class luxury life style'.

1) There sale is very poor due to high rate
2) Reviews are mostly given by builder staff and agents. This is reason of the high rated reviews.
2) They will not return you deposit even if you cancel flat within given time. I canceled within given time, they are asking to cut 25% money or buy another property. Now 1 year passed after cancellation but no return provided. They are enjoying interest on the deposit money. Sale agents are offering settlement with 20% in return. Had meeting with CEO 3 times for such a small amount yet they did not returned.
I have never seen such poor real estate business in Panvel area. Genuine similar example- One flat canceled in “Millenium Hilton” due to some personal reasons, they return 100% deposit in 7 days after written request.
3) When this builder claim relations with group that actually means they will hold your money and will not allow you to leave.
4) Anyone have doubts can check my facts I can show you and can come with you in builder office to show truth.
5) 50% flats are belongs to the land owners. So local public will be in.
