The student always wants his Guru to be fully learned in that subject.
But more than that, he desperately needs that great, very highly and critically learned Master to come down to his untrained level of a toddler and hand hold and take him to the joy and heights of great learning.
THAT IS what SAIBAL SEN exactly is.
His knowledge can be compared to a great Himalayan Glacier.
But his teachings come to a green horn just like a pleasantly flowing mountain spring. Never hard to understand or difficult to negotiate.
My salutes to Saibal Sen, a great learned Master, yet a lovely, enjoyable Teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is one of the most kindest, knowledgeable musical teacher I ever interacted. He is very disciplined and also a tasks master. However, he takes care of all of his students equally and helps them individually to understand all the detailings especially the art of learning music and subsequently the technicalities of playing various musical instruments in a very simplistically way possible.
