★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average building. Great for Mumbai standards. Decent for newly wed couples. Bachelors will hardly find a room in rent. Security is adequate. A convenience store nearby can provide for all the groceries needed. The society is very peaceful and green.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an amazing place to live. Very quiet. Doesn’t even feel like you’re living in main Mumbai!! Beautiful green view in the back. Society management is also great.
It is at equal distance from Kurla Station and Chembur station. There are a lot of local shops for groceries. From kindergarten to post graduate college, everything is in the society.
