★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good but the staff is too rude and not so caring like other hospitals! They even use abusive words while talking to each other and the reception especially is very rude. All the female doctors there are really impolite and talk with attitude filled voices and words.
The service is good and the results also come at the given time perfectly, but they need to get their staff on right way to talk. I felt wierd and didn't have that good of an experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude sonologist SABA THAKUR.Doesnt even talks properly very unprofessional behaviour.if you taking so much money then you need to behave nicely to patients. She is not ready to speak a word whether its sonography or just a normal pcod scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning for a pregnancy sonography, this is the worst place.
And if you are anxiously waiting to see the baby, you will not be able to because there is no second screen for the patient.
I had gone for an anomaly scan which is the detailed sonography (generally 30-40 mins is the minimum time) and the radiologist completed the entire scan in just 10 mins.
Dr. Saba Thakur, the radiologist is a very rude lady. She will not spare in her 2 mins to speak to you about the fetus movements or position or just say 2-3 sentences in short so that we feel satisfied or relieved. The doctor says that the second screen is not allowed which is not true. There are a number of other diagnostic centres that have a second screen and the radiologists show you the baby movements and baby organs. We all know that sex determination is not allowed.
I am totally disheartened by the experience and the doctor's way of talking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a chance to visit here for covid vaccination. The place is easy to locate. It is clean and well constructed with beautiful interiors. Vaccination for covid which is free of cost is on 2nd floor. You can take lift or escalator. Not much crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree as at the reception only ladies staff is so pathetic and Rude, that visitor feels why we have came here to see such faces. Since our Dr. usually recommends this place, forcefully we have to do tests here. Now we shall ask our Dr. to not refer this center for any more tests
