★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a service complaint, I visited here. My issue was resolved. Each and Every problem was notified to me and suggested me what could be the best solution for the problems. A very big Thank you to Mr. Manoj kale and Mr. Sanjay Vishwakarma from Sai Krupa. Please do visit once for service if you stay in Dombivli and have a bajaj two-wheeler. Kudos to Team Sai Krupa!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dropped my bike for servicing & asking to change any parts if required. Informed them myself about filling the coolant & replacing back shock absorber if required. The guy himself decided to change the front handle bearings & some machine which is there connected from top to tire. He had mentioned about rough estimate to be 8k. Now when he informed its done. I went to collect it & on checking the first thing I see is the speedometer is not showing more than half of the screen which was not the case before. He upfrontly denied saying it was already there. If it would have been there, why he did not quoted before for it, we ourselves would have asked for it, as it is not something that will be missed. Then he oversmartly started talking that it was already there, to avoid that, I paid 9K and took back my bike, the first thing I see after reaching to my home in 5 mins is, there is no coolant. I took it back, the mechanic who did it, checks if it was there or not. The coolant is very basic thing that has been done everytime before I have did my servicing, as it is atleast more than 10 times I have personally did, from here & the east service centre. Than he thought to fool me back, saying aapko iska charge nahi kia, I was like this was upfrontly asked to fix, which you yourself should have. As the mechanic was talking too smart, I asked him to shut up & spoke to manager, he gives excuse ke aapka bill badega isliye nahi add kia.. seriously, no other excuse he could find. Did not thought about the rising cost when replacing other parts & made a 9K bill & for 80rs even if he had to charge extra he thought about a customer? missing out the basic part of any high end bike. Made damage to speedometer because of his carelessness which will cost us another 3K & says he intentionally did not put, which he did not even remembered if he had put or not. After me firmly asking them to stop finding excuse & to accept their carelessness & shamelessly justifying it, they filled the coolant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommending this centre to anyone, please be aware of this kind of a fraud workshops. Firstly there are only two people in the whole workshop and the guy Sanjay is really rude in talking and frequently give a bad language no matter who is standing in front. In my first experience itself he was forcing to take Engine Flush & Engine Additive which cost around 700/- so that engine will run smooth. As a common man i took that and while he was pouring that oil in my vehicle when i checked the bottle of the oil it was expired 6 month back and i see some repacking on the bottle and when i saw that carefully the bottle contains nothing but a normal engine oil. Then i understood after making fool to the customer they fill the bottle with a normal oil and say that it a Engine Flush & Additive just like some people do with Bisleri bottles......Nice game they play. I request each and everyone of you please do not visit this workstation and don't getting fooled by this nerdy people. If visiting some other Service centre please see carefully what they are doing to your vehicle.
