★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely improfessional attitude towards customers. After having a discussion and sending a design, the person on the other line said he will provide with a copy before printing. Later said that since there is quite a lot of.designing it will take an additional day. I was okay with it. Then he just stopped taking the calls. I would've appreciated a reply saying that I won't be able to do your work. I ended up wasting 3 days waiting for him to get back with a reply. If you cannot value your new customers, I can only imagine the kind of sub standard service and products they'd be offering to their existing customers. Thank God they are not the only offset printers in Vadodara. I would rather spend a little extra than deal with such unprofessionals.
