★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service centre location is very remote. Its inside tangra, near dhapa more. From the service centre, ola uber is your only chance to get to the main road/bypass. Coming to the service, they make you wait a lot just for inspection! Then, they will produce a high bill amount! A cooling coil change for my ac of i20 was quoted at ₹13,000, where as the part costed only ₹3,500! Later on after a lot of bargaining they agreed to do the replacement at ₹ 8,800. Still a lot more. Behaviour was good hence I gave 3 stars. Else, try to avoid this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team are fraudster. They mislead the customer for unnecessary service charges. Please don't cheat customers. Hyundai is top in the market because of its best quality of cars and your sales man's misleading them just to steal some thousands of rupees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center in Kolkata. They billed me 31000 inr to fix my brakes and yearly service hardly 2 weeks ago. Now the brake light is on permanently. They did not told me about the tyre condition. Got flat tyre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. It's a large service centre. Good handling of cars. They do the job properly and on time. Their service is very nice and efficient. The staff is polite and cooperative. The only drawback is that they make customers wait for a while before addressing them. Overall great experience.
