Pros
1. It's a 1BHK flat of a four storey building.
2. The rent keeps on increasing every year currently at ₹18k/month
3. The room owner is at second floor
4. They allot rooms for families and doctors mostly
5. You won't suffer from water and electricity crisis here.
Cons
1. The rent is high as compared to other areas
2. you can here voice clearly from other rooms and floors
