Clean bus.
Maintains the schedule.
Usually don't get late.
Driving is rush sometimes.
Tickets rate are dynamic.
Gives you water bottle n little snacks.
Blanket are not so warm but adjustable.
Staff is polite but not always co-operative.
Gives you enough stoppages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baggage/ Luggage allowed per person is 20kg per person.Without making any luggage weight,they are charging randomly for it saying they is check post at border. No doubt the bus is at good condition.They can charge for extra luggage.But giving extra charges which almost equals to one ticket charge when you are not having more than 20kg luggage is not acceptable.Also ,they never provide the bill for these extra charges.
