★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, despite several emails there has been zilch response , I purchased long boots and they didn’t quite look nice and hence I requested them for an exchange as per their no refund policy but got no response, First of all it is not a cheap shoe costed me a bomb 9K and despite several emails there has been no appropriate response.
Hence please don’t trust their website

Very hard leather
And no support from the company at all
& now because I have send them several maila and instagram msgs,they have blocked me on both sides.My shoes costed me Rs13125/-
& I have no record for the samw
They have issued me rs4000/- credit voucher .
Please do not buy anything from here. Is it not as it shows.
