Usually development means destroying the greenery and laying a concrete stuff which in terms of a typical Indian politician or a local person.
Over the past decade there's a change at an exponential phase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area,but the costs of rent are high almost ranging above 7k, Which may not be suitable for all.But if you are looking for rented houses my best advice is you have to go almost 9th or 10th streets.You can't find houses near theatre or near the temple. You have to go so much back , For those Who have own transport it will suitable .If you are a commoner,and no own transport , don't look here.
