★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. pathetic bus conditions, they dont understand the value of time.one should never travel by this bus in any condition. Postpone your trip or go for other bus but dont travel by this bus. My experience was Very very very bad in this bus traveling from surat to nashik on 25 August 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service dont buy ticket From SAI RATH AGENCY . Talking very rudely with coustmer , because he has no value of coustmer time, I am traveling from surat to nashik, My departure time is 10.15 pm, And bus driver start bus at 11.00 pm, I complain to coustmer care also then i did not get proper reply, Then i ask to driver, why r u waiting here then he said call to our boss, Then i call to coustmer care again thn he reply me like ths ( bhaiya ye bus hai 10 se 15 min time diffrence hota hai), I said bhaiya 10 se 15 it means 10.30, Then he talks rudely with me, So plzz guys don’t travel in this travel agency . SAIRATH AGENCY very rudely behaviour...
