★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud !!! Buy only you want Worst Quality & No after Sales Service - The Salesman Mani claims everything for Quality, after sales service & rate while selling product but don’t provide after sales service.
Purchased “Sofa Set with lounger” and within one month the Springs of Lounger got broken due to lack of support now this lounger has become useless as it settles down and creates imbalance while sitting.
We tried to call & even visited the Shop for complaining the Owner & Salesman named Mani are saying once the product is sold there is no warranty or guarantee even if it’s just one month old. While their Bill claims 1 year warranty.
They said if you want to repair there would be additional repairing charges and we ourselves have to bring our sofa by our own they will not send their vehicle for pick up. When we said that we will pay the pick up charges but you send your vehicle and labor for pick up they denied...which clearly indicated that they aren’t interested in providing after sales service.
Also while purchasing Salesman Mani offered to reduce price if we don’t ask for bill and make Cash Payment. When we said no we will need GST Bill and we will do the Cheque Payment so they did not have any discount so they are dealing in black transactions.
No wonder if their shop closes soon with such fraud transactions & poor after sales service.
Never purchase from such frauds, instead pay some additional amount and go for reputed Branded Shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very WORST PRODUCT never ever buy from this showroom.. have purchased bad from here and with in 4 months it's no more to use.. I even don't want to give them 1star but it's compulsory to give rate.. other wise I would suggest -5 out of 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Sofaset from Sajawat furniture and at the time of purchase they told us 5years warranty is there and before this any issue arise we will repair it. The quality provided is very poor and only after 1year it got damaged and all the metal legs got rusted and sofa is damaged. When I called on customer service number they replied our worker is on leave we will repair it once he joined but it is very unfortunate that one month over and I am continuously following up with customer care but they are not responding.
