★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented here for one year in 2 bhk. Now I will leave due to very bad condition of flat. All plumbing works are very poor. Position of kitchen, points of washing machine, taps are in wrong position. Access is very small in there. Water problem in most of the day. I strongly recommend not to buy.
