I went in to simply have my iPhone X's screen opened - they charged me Rs. 300 for this. They then told me that my phone's IC and charging strip is not working and would cost Rs. 7,000 to fix. I went home and simply updated my phone's firmware and it was working perfectly well - no issues with the screen or charging whatsoever.
It gets worse - they also kept 3 of my phone's internal motherboard screws without asking or telling me. Thankfully I realised they were missing and had to go back to the store to ask for the screws back. Worst of all, my phone's FaceID - which was working perfectly well prior to this - stopped working after they handled my phone.
Terrible service, I would not recommend visiting this store for any kind of repair work. Definitely get a second opinion on their diagnosis and rates. Zero client satisfaction and no integrity. Very very disappointed.
