We booked a brand new 55 seater bus for outing .. Called a day before and was assured that there are no issues .. Our bus will report on time as agreed ..
Early morning on day of travel is very old and rusty bus reported on the spot ....
Reason cited was the pre-decided bus broke down on return journey previous night ..
The replacement bus provided was in poor condition and couldn't cross 60 kph... As a result we spent 6 additional hours in the bus .. The driver was rude and threatened to abandon the trip mid-way if we asked him to take an additional stop (for nature's call as we had some elderly people) or we exceeded the time to return during breaks..
Avoid the Sakshi travels at all costs since they are incompetent and unprofessional .
Date of travel 3rd January.. Chinchwadgaon to Solapur and return.
