★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is quite good and the service is even better. There's no pretence here with the plating being quite basic and letting the food speak for itself. Bulk of the ingredients are sourced from Japan. The sesame ice-cream was a pleasant surprise and the red bean ice-cream was also very good. I will be going there again to try the sushi and sashimi as the mains were quite filling this time around.
The only bad thing about this place yesterday was the choice of music which was typical hotel boring music that was closer to slow church music that kept us yawning away. The décor is nothing to write home about and it could have been any other restaurant and not necessarily the restaurant that was rated best Japanese restaurant in India. Thankfully the food was delicious and met most of our expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakura offers authentic Japanese cuisine. Ambience is just wonderful with soft music and beautiful interiors. Staff is extremely cordial and dressed in traditional Japanese attire suggesting you the dishes in case you have some confusion while ordering.Great service indeed. Loved the Japanese tea served with food as well the accompaniments. Price is a bit on the higher side though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience regards to ambiance,food taste and price. I ordered tonkotsu ramen pork based. Quantity was enough for two person and taste was quite good. You can use Dineout coupon for getting the 50% off on your bill without any max limit. This place is 1km far from Connaught Place Metro Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience here. I tried veg ramen there which was really good and a must have. This place offers you very great ambience and a warm welcome. The only thing is it took a lot of time to deliver your dish after you order like in my case it took 40-45 min for ramen.

I had Miso Ramen Veg. The quantity was good enough for 2 people and i should warn you about the preparation time. It takes a while like 45mins after you place order. Ambience is warm and welcoming. Staff was courteous.
