1. The employee gets the opportunities to experience international projects.
2. Project quality is good. Hence it gives great opportunities to learn.
Cons:
1. Lack of professionalism: Company shows highly unprofessional behavior and all decision making is reserved. Whatever employer says becomes a policy. In the business world this type of companies is called 'Family Mafia' type Company. All Government holidays are not given here.
2. Termination without intimation: If an employee does a single small mistake and the employer doesn't like it, the employee will be fired at that movement. In the business world, it is known as 'On-Spot Termination'.
The worst thing is that now the employee will not be eligible for any experience certificate and not even for his original documents that employee previously submitted at time of joining. The company declares that employee as a culprit. (Small mistake Ex: server is down from the couple of hours and the particular employee forgotten to report it to the employer.)
3. Salary issue: There is no specific predefined salary or increment structure here. Everything depends on employer wish.
Note: Join this company at your own risk. This company's experience is like a nightmare for a lot of people. All these details are gathered from the company's ex-employees.
