★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, unsatisfactory. They had made up their mind even without inspection that it requires a replacement, not repair, of a faulty part. Thankfully, the part wasn't available, and a few bangs got the part working again.
And no one, not one person in the staff was wearing a mask, in spite of cliched slogans like No Mask, No Entry. So obviously, no one to tell most of the customers to wear a mask. Just empty words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was returned after 15 days (half of the time it was just sitting there) saying that they had no parts available and then they charged labour 4k more than the value of part alongwith GST. My car is now virabrating more than before and they said I had to spend 50k more to repair something I fixed from a local garage in under 2k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt Service on prior appointment. Lounge area for waiting. Polite and friendly staff. Service Advisors do try to push you to get extra work done. You have to be firm and clear on what job is required to be done.
Transparent system form quote to billing.
Overall recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNREASONABLE BILL RECEIVED.. they FORCED me to pay "Rs.900" for sanitization charges even if I told them I don't want to sanitize my car which is just 2 weeks old car. This was my first car service of my first Mahindra car and my experience has been VERY BAD.
I am not visiting this service center ever again in my life.
It is time to STOP LOOTING IN THE NAME OF COVID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience , even if you make fatty bill for services and expect they will clean the car, instead they will handover a cleaning bill, that too for unclean car. service people are always missing from floor, they don't accept their mistakes they debate instead, parts goes missing - please teak care of items inside car. work is not done properly, Strongly suggest do not use their services
