★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an off beat forested area in Bankura district, close to Bishnupur. It is under North Bankura division forest. The ambiance is quiet except on popular holidays. The greenery, lake and the quietness will certainly sooth frayed nerves. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bishnupur to spend some time with nature here. There is a picnic zone for large groups too.
