They could not help nd the behaviour was not good nd they don't coperate
Finaly I got my product today evening little damage about paints
And finally the delivery boy r careless about product they just ki r bolbo ektuo care korena
They provide the bill but the number doesnot exist

Range of products is average.
The senior staff are efficient and friendly on Sarat Bose Rd. Other staff are not properly trained. One has to have patience to find the right sales person who can give correct information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to bring to your attention that they have two finance services inside the shop one is HDB Financial Service and the other one is Bajaj Finance and both representatives are going to tell customers fraudulent fake offers which you will never get when you are done paying all the EMI's. I was told by Bajal Finance guy that I will get vouchers worth Rs 2000 and my last emi from HDB Finance will be converted into Cashback which will be credited to my account, but trust me guys nothing of this sort will happen. I've paid all the EMI's and I have received nothing and on top of it there are some hidden charges like Cibil enquiry charges which will be levied on your 1st EMI and as per these folks from both these services these extra charges will be adjusted in your last EMI which again did not happen. This is the new way of looting customers hence please don't fall into their trap. If you have cash then go for cash payment. I have all the proof which substantiate my claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of the staff who dealt with us is very rude and unprofessional. They increase the price after sales and during installation. Also there is no clarity on price of the product and installation. I recommend to avoid Sales Emporium Garia for future purchase.

Committed to do the installation for free after delivering the product they sent their executive with a bill of 4,700 which was refused to be given by me since then they are behaving rude and no after sales service DONOT BUY FROM GAFIA SALES EMPORIUM THEY ARE THUGS

Initially they sent wrong AC, after 3 days they changed it.
Called atleast 70-80 times for installation of newly purchased AC. They were repeatedly saying that technician will call you.
Before payment they were behaving so nicely and the exact different attitude after getting payment.
I had purchase atleast 12-15 ACs for my home and clinic, but this time I was harassed like anything.
Even 1 star is my generosity, they should be given 0 star.
I will never recommend this place.
N.B. I did not ask for discount, paid full money.
