★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy any product from here...i brought an AC from here on 13.5.19...after rigorous follow up, they finally delivered on 25.5.19..now i dont know how many days they will take to install it.. Its better to buy online.. Price is less and service is also better.. Dont fall in the trap of their sales representative.. They will make some absurd commitment just to sell their products. Once you pay the money... They will forget you instantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their price is better compared to Great Eastern and Khosla but delivery is very late and once sold their sales executives do not pick calls. Not a single number given in their invoice works. I would never purchase again from them. Online purchase is best. I found the same Washing machine 15100 in Great Eastern, 14500 in Sales emporium and 11500 on Flipkart. Don't believe rumors, all products sold online are original and covers warranty

They had poor sales man name Madhusudan who argue after making payment for any issue . There must be zero star. Don't buy any appliances from them.

There is a salesperson named TINKU, Be aware of him he has done a PHD in misguiding, miscommunicating & doing fake promises to the customers with his sugar coated lies.
I visited this place 7-8 times in a week to buy a LG fridge and returned home with a bag of disappointment and Worst customer service also wasted my time and energy.
MR. TINKU told us the fridge price is 96000 then when we agreed he started increasing the amount, we left again he called us and told he will give us the fridge in promised price, this happens 7-8 times he keeps calling us and failed to give us the product finally he took a money receipt and when we finally visited the shop to close the deal again he started tricks and packed the display product also increased the amount again, he never listen to customer always tries to portray his own lies and will force you to buy from him, we faced a lot of harrasment and don't want that u guys face the same, we didn't take the fridge from them, Don't go ever in sales emporium and waste your time ,money and energy they are expert in selling display products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience at this outlet very recently.I had gone there to purchase a double door refriegerator on 15th. March'2022. I had choosen one but their employee misguided me for purchase of another brand for getting maximum commission.Full advance payment made on the same day with their assurance that the same will be delivered in 2 days.But they could not deliver the same as per commitment.After constant persuations, the item was delivered on19th.march'2022. The manufacturer's service personal came and said that the machine is defective and can't be put in service.The seller was informed.
But they are unable to help in this matter.
It is seen that this model is currently unavailable on line and can't say when it will be available

The staff have only been trained to brainwash the client and force them to upgrade or switch to another brand which provides them more commission.
And once you purchase anything after that they behave as if we owe them money.
And if we say we will finalize in 2 days then the manager aggressively says you may go anywhere you want for a better price but you wouldn't get it.
Got a better price in 3 other stores within 6 km radius.
They force the customer to not go for the product/brand they want to but what they are suggesting.
Until billing they will force you atleast 20+ times.
