I brought glen gas stove worth rupees 10000₹ and its burn controller running very hard within 1 month of purchase so as a customer i would say please remove this kinda poor quality and high price stuffs afterall its a good place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a glen glass stove from here. Within a five months Glass broke from just a little stroke. Poor after sales service. They don't have even data of what they they sell before 5 months. The glen company is the worst. My family has used glass stove before even cheaper one from before was very tough than this glen stove. Sales india should not sell this kind of weak product. Feeling annoyed and cheated.
Update : After six month the glen company called me and offer glass repair at some discounted rate. But no response from sales india even though I called customer care several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 49 inch LG 4K TV from there in july 2019. The sales person was very cooperative while the product sale. I was told an offer worth 8000 voucher after 3 successful EMI if purchased with Bajaj Finance EMI method. So I went with Bajaj Fin. Now My 3rd EMI was debited on 2-10-2019, but I did not receved any gift voucher worth 8000. When I enquired about it on phone they said it will come within 1 or 2 week. Its ok, I can wait but when I was passing by, I visited the shworoom and I was surprised that they said you go to the Bajaj finance office nd we are not here to help you with it. It is not our offer and we have already warned you about it.(I was not warned or even given hint about it. They just sold as it was their offer and convinced me to buy) I mean it was their TV and their offer, why should I roam here and there. TV is working fine but they should not make false promises if they can not fulfil. I would request any buyer from there to confirm about any such offer so that he would not have to face such situation.
Finally i got my vouchers worth 8000 after 3 months they promised.
