★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the oldest Primary Schools in Salt Lake. The School has four full time teachers with a roll strength of around 45 students in classes I to IV.. Nearly all students come from very poor families living in nearby slum areas. Apart from the government aid, the school also gets help from local NGOs like Rotary Club.Teachers led by a very enthusiastic Headmistress are very sincere and trying their best to prevent absenteeism and exodus of students. Nevertheless the drop-out rate is very high .
